Step 1. Know Your Numbers. Before you can register with Entry Express, you will need to get the THCC # for each of your dogs, as well as the THID # of each of your handlers. You can obtain these #'s from the BDC website at http://www.nbdca.com/scores_wr.html. In the drop down, select World Ranking Lifetime Competitor, to find the THID #'s of your handlers.  Then, select World Ranking Lifetime Flusher/Pointer to locate the THCC #'s of your dogs. If the dog is new to BDC, please call the BDC at 1-866-909-8488 to register a new #.
 
Step 2. Create an Entry Express account to hold your information.
Use the "Register" link found on the top-left side of this page.  Becoming a member of Entry Express is simple and free.

Step 3. Setup your dogs. Once you are registered and logged in, the next step is to tell Entry Express about your dogs. This is done by clicking the My Dogs tab after you log in. For each dog, you must fill out all the required information.  Some helpful hints:
  • Click the link that says that you are the Owner of the dog.
  • In the registration #'s section, select BDC/THCC # from the drop down, and enter your dog's THCC #. If your dog has other registration #'s such as an AKC #, you can click the link to "Add another registration #".
  • Only fill out the 1st handler field. This is only the default for who normally runs your dog. When you actually enter an event, you can specify who's going to be the handler for each run.

    Step 4. Enter the Event. It's now time to Enter an Event!  On the left side of this page, you'll see links for BDC Qualifiers, Majors, and Sup Majors. Use these links to locate an event and click on it.  You'll then see the event information, along with options to view the entries and to enter the event.

    Click Enter Event to begin the event registration process.

    The first step to entering will be to select which dogs will be running which stakes (Top Guns or Doubles).  Use the checkboxes to enter all of your dogs at one time! 

    The next step is to enter your handler information.  For each run you are registering, you must specify who the handler will be. You must also enter a valid BDC (THID) # for each handler listed.

    The final step of the event registration process is to review your order and make payment via credit card.  Please note that your card will be charged at the time of registration to secure your entry. If you need to change your entry prior to close, you will need to contact Entry Express support to refund (scratch) your run.
